What's RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Sometimes it's called syndicated content. It's an easy way to get information from Web sites. Using RSS, a news site or a blog can automatically feed its content to a group of subscribers. So instead of cruising around to a bunch of your favorite sites to see their updates, you can have the latest content from all of them sent right to you, in one place (like your Live.com page).

How do I use RSS?

You need an RSS reader, such as Live.com or others. RSS readers let you find and subscribe to feeds. Using Live.com to subscribe to an RSS feed takes only a couple of clicks. Plus, it's free. After you've subscribed to an RSS feed, content will begin to flow to your reader. When you see a headline that interests you, just click it to view the full article.
